Artifical Intelligence (AI) has made a breakthrough in the technology space by providing an alternate means to computationally automating and scaling
complex processes. Given enough artificial neurons to a neural network, there are limitless approaches to advancing key areas such as the manufacturing industry to
to minimize and eliminate production errors, the healthcare industry for automating the screening of different types of illnesses,
and the transportation industry to propagate the future of self-driving vehicles. These connected nodes of information that disseminate data amongst each other
usually require third party cloud resources that are often expensive and inefficient; they forgo key necessities that edge computing provides such as low bandwidth
and improved response times. Not to mention, today's artifical intelligence networks often times have problems with the limited bandwidth of Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM) modules
that is introduced from the physical interface of the AI chip to the DRAM.
At DUJUD, we produce and create custom artificial intelligence networks with our additive manufacturing process by 3D printing AI synapses at a large and efficient
scale to meet the high computational demands of model training. These AI synapses have the revolutionizing advantage of additively manufacturing tailored memory modules at a short
physical distance to maximize the speed and the stability of neural structures. Furthermore, because of the advantages of additive manufacturing, these structures can be produced
at a fraction of the cost that is normally required by cloud computational services with little to no lead time.
